Behind Bella Sol Healing 

The Sacred Journey

Bella Sol was born from my own deep healing journey — a path shaped by lived experience,

soul lessons, and moments of quiet remembrance.

What began as gentle sessions for friends, family, and those guided to me by word of mouth slowly evolved into something undeniable. Not overnight. Not dramatically.

But steadily — as a calling that kept returning, even when life was full.

​

During the stillness of the COVID years, when the world pressed pause,

I found myself with something I hadn’t truly had before: time.

​

As a single mother balancing a full-time career, organizing events, and making sure my daughter was supported in school and life, my days had always been full.

But for a brief moment, the usual hustle softened. Life slowed just enough for me to breathe.

​

In that space, I leaned inward. I explored distance healing, spent time in study,

and deepened my spiritual training — quietly, without labels,

and without pressure to turn it into anything more than what it was.

​

For years, I offered healing in private.

​

In 2025, I answered the call to create a sacred space —

a sanctuary where others could return home to themselves: body, mind, and soul.

​

With formal training in Reiki, multiple healing modalities, and years

of intuitive development and practice,

I officially opened Bella Sol Healing & Energetics™ in July 2025.

​

This space is open to everyone.

You don’t need to be on a “spiritual path” to benefit from this work.

​
