Hello, Beautiful Soul — and Welcome.
I walk between two worlds — the professional and the spiritual — with grace, grit, and a whole lot of soul.
I’m an Intuitive Energy Healer and Spiritual Mentor, a Certified Usui Reiki Master & Practitioner, Soul Alchemist,
and Empowered Empath. With over 25 years of experience navigating the corporate world in administration
and event planning, I’ve continued to honor my deeper calling as a facilitator of energy healing, a guide,
and a devoted mother.
As a soul healer, I guide others to reconnect with their true essence by gently peeling back the layers that long
to be seen, felt, and transmuted. Through Reiki and intuitive guidance, I hold space for deep transformation —
helping you remember the healer within.
Over the past decade, my path has been shaped by a series of spiritual awakenings, lived experiences, and the energetic archetypes I’ve come to embody — Divine Feminine, High Priestess, Earth Angel, Old Soul, and Spiritual Catalyst.
Each of these archetypal energies has illuminated deeper truths about what it means to be human —
offering sacred lessons in growth, compassion, resilience, and the ever-returning journey back to love.
And yet, amidst all the archetypes I’ve embodied, the role that has rooted me most deeply in unconditional love,
humility, and growth is simply this: Mother.
I’m a proud mama to my daughter, Gabriella (Gabi) — my greatest teacher, my mirror, and a soul I’m endlessly
grateful for. She reminds me every day that while healing can be cosmic, the real magic lives in the everyday...
In the mess.

Now, About My Journey...
This sacred space was born from the ashes of my own transformation — a sanctuary for those ready to heal, awaken, and remember who they truly are beneath the noise, the wounds, and the world’s expectations.
I didn’t stumble into this path of peace and purpose.
I earned it.
I fought for it.
And I continue to rise from it — again and again.
I’ve walked through fire more times than I can count. My path has woven through deep trauma — childhood sexual abuse, addiction, emotional numbness, toxic relationships, cycles of self-sabotage, and years of feeling utterly disconnected from my spirit.
I chased love, validation, and fleeting pleasures in all the wrong places, trying to fill a void I couldn’t yet name.
I lived in survival mode — exhausted, hardened, and invisible in a world that never truly saw me.
Then came the moment that cracked me wide open.
In 2013, following an L4–L5 spinal laminectomy surgery, I experienced what I now recognize as a spiritual awakening
—a soul-rattling Kundalini rising. In the stillness of recovery, something ancient stirred within me.
It was as if God, the Universe, gently whispered:
“There’s more. You’re not here to just survive.
You’re here to heal — and help others remember how to heal, too.”
And so began the alchemy.
Since then, I’ve spent over a decade diving deep — healing trauma, sitting with my shadows, and reclaiming the pieces of myself
I once abandoned. Through that sacred unraveling, something extraordinary happened:

My connection to the angelic realm expanded.

And esoteric wisdom began to flow through me like an ancient river finally remembered.
I became a devoted student of energy — how it moves, how it speaks, how it heals, and how it reveals truth beneath the surface. That soul-led journey guided me to become a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner in 2020, opening the door to deeper healing and expanded awareness.
Since then, I’ve continued to study and integrate a range of healing arts, including:
Reiki Distance Healing, Angelic Energy Healing, Space Clearing with Reiki, Pet & Animal Reiki, and Crystal & Chakra Energy Healing.
My formal training and sacred recognition through the Natural Healer Society anchored my path in both skill and spiritual integrity.
This work is not just what I do — it’s who I am. It’s my soul’s mission.
The more I guide others to come home to themselves, the more I continue to come home to myself.
I believe true healing isn’t about bypassing pain or clinging only to light — it’s about integration.
Honoring both the shadow and the light.
The brokenness and the beauty.
The human and the divine.
This sacred balance is what births wholeness, power, and deep soul remembrance.

Today, I hold space for others the way I once longed for someone to hold space for me:
