A client intake form may be required prior to your session. By signing the form or checking the box online, you affirm your understanding of and consent to these terms.

 

 

Client Consent

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life happens, but please be respectful of my time and others who may need healing.

​

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full session fee.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened out of courtesy for the next client.
