This session blends Reiki, intuitive energy work, and gentle angelic support to help regulate the nervous system, release accumulated stress, and restore a sense of internal steadiness. The focus is not on activation or intensity, but on allowing the body and mind to exhale. Many clients experience this session as deeply calming, grounding, and emotionally supportive — particularly during periods of burnout, grief, transition, or quiet reflection. The work meets you where you are and supports restoration without pressure to process, analyze, or “fix” anything.
