The Unbinding™ is a heart-led release ceremony designed to help you gently let go of emotional attachments and energetic ties that no longer support your growth. Through intuitive energy healing infused with Reiki, this session supports the soft dissolution of energetic connections that drain vitality or keep old emotions active. The focus is not force or severing—but compassionate release, forgiveness, and energetic sovereignty, allowing your energy to return fully to you. Each session opens with Reiki intention to create a protected and grounded healing field. Intuitive energy work and guided visualization support emotional release and clarity, followed by Reiki grounding to seal your energy field in balance, strength, and peace. Before your session, you’ll receive a Sacred Release Form (PDF) to reflect on what you’re ready to release. This intention is held during the healing. After your session, you’ll receive gentle integration guidance, including an optional Full Moon date for a simple personal ritual if you choose to work with lunar energy. Moon work is optional—the intention itself activates the healing. This ritual is not about loss or cutting ties in anger.
