A gentle introduction to energy healing and Reiki, designed to support grounding, relaxation, and reconnection. This nurturing session helps ease you back into your natural energetic flow. Through intuitive energy work infused with Reiki, I gently balance your energy centers, clear stagnant or heavy energy, and guide you into a calm, centered state. Each session begins and closes with the use of Reiki Distance Healing symbols, to softly open your energetic field and prepare the body, mind, spirit, and soul for healing. From there, I will intuitively scan your energetic field, for any blockages and will . while intuitive energy flows where it is needed most, concluding with grounding and integration to support continued ease beyond the session.
