Service Description

Reiki for Children is a gentle, heart-centered energy healing session designed to support emotional sensitivity, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions in children. This offering is deeply personal to me. Having experienced childhood trauma myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel for children to carry emotions they may not yet have words for. This session was created as a safe, nurturing space—where children can feel energetically held, supported, and at ease. Each session is intuitively guided and held with great care, compassion, and respect for the child’s comfort and boundaries. Reiki is offered gently to support emotional regulation, grounding, and a sense of inner calm. The healing meets each child exactly where they are, without expectation or pressure. Parents or guardians are encouraged to remain present during the session to help the child feel safe and supported. ─────────────────────────── ⏳ Session Details • Duration: 45 minutes total (30 minutes of energy healing + 15 minutes for gentle check-in and grounding) • While sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes, I always follow the child’s energy. The first session is always offered on a donation basis.
