The Grounded Masculine

The Grounded Masculine is an intuitive energy healing event infused with Reiki, created to support grounding, clarity, and realignment for men carrying heavy responsibility, pressure, and constant demands.

The intention is to support a return to your natural state — beyond roles, titles, expectations, or performance — so you can reconnect with your authentic self and leave feeling clearer, lighter, and at peace.

No prior experience with energy healing is required. Come as you are.

The Setting

The event will take place in a dimly lit, comfortable space designed for relaxation and nervous system regulation. Participants will be lying down throughout the event to fully receive the healing and are welcome to bring a blanket, sleeping bag, or pillow for comfort.

The space will be infused with grounded, earthy aromatherapy and meditation music intended to support focus and presence. Emotional release, reflection, or quiet stillness may arise — all of it is welcome, and nothing is forced.

This is your space to rest, reset, and receive.
