The Grounded Masculine is a small-group intuitive energy healing experience infused with Reiki, created to support men under sustained mental and emotional load. The session supports nervous system regulation, energetic release, and a return to grounded presence.

No prior experience with energy healing is required.

This work isn’t tied to any belief system—it’s about energy and reconnecting with yourself.

To support your comfort during the session, please bring:

✦A pillow, blanket, or sleeping bag (highly recommended)

✦An eye mask, if helpful for relaxation

Energy work can sometimes create subtle shifts in body temperature as the nervous system releases and recalibrates, so bringing layers or extra warmth is encouraged.
